What this site is. sitea.biz is an independent directory of online calculators. We publish calculators we built, we list independent projects run by other people, and we write guides. We are not a lender, a broker, a comparison site, a financial adviser or a healthcare provider, and nothing here is sold.

The calculators are information, not advice. The results are estimates for planning. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and a figure here should not be the only basis for taking on debt, submitting a tax return, changing a diet or signing anything. Loan figures exclude fees and any charge folded into an APR, so a lender's number will differ. Tax arithmetic follows the rate you enter and knows nothing about your jurisdiction's rules or exemptions. Calorie estimates carry a margin of roughly 10 per cent between individuals, and BMI is a population screening ratio rather than a diagnosis.

Health figures in particular. The BMI and calorie calculator is general information. If you are pregnant, under 18, managing a health condition or planning a significant change to how you eat, speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian. A calculator cannot examine you.

Listed projects are not ours. Each subdomain project in the directory is run by an independent person or team. We check that a project is free, works without a login and does not hand the visitor to a lender before listing it, and we recheck periodically — but we do not operate them, we do not supervise them, we take no commission from them and we cannot be liable for what they do.

Accuracy. We write our guides carefully, name the formula behind every calculation, and review both on a schedule; every guide carries the date of its last review. Rates, tax rules and clinical guidance change. If you find something out of date or a result that is wrong, write to contactmail.bsam@gmail.com with the numbers you entered and we will check it and correct it.

Content. The text, calculators and images on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote from a guide with a link back to it. Republishing whole guides, or scraping the site to train a model on it commercially, is not permitted without asking first.

Governing terms. These terms are provided in twelve languages for convenience. Where a translation and the English version differ, the English version is the one that applies.
