Turning percentages into grams: the working#

A macro calculator starts with your estimated total daily energy expenditure and asks what share should come from each macronutrient. To convert that share into grams, use the formula: grams = (total calories × percentage) ÷ calories per gram. Protein: the macro most worth getting deliberate about#
